Watch What You Eat

The reason being that if you’re using an old toothbrush, you’re just transferring bacteria back into your mouth when you use it. I’m guessing you’re probably well overdue for a new one.
You wouldn’t think that you could clean your teeth by eating but you can. Any crunchy foods are actually really good for your teeth, not including sweets of course. Apples are the best one and they’re nature’s toothbrush but anything with a bit of bite like carrots, celery or even popcorn can do your teeth some good. Whenever you eat them, they help to strip plaque and bacteria from your teeth so it’s always best to save them for the end of the meal.
A great natural remedy to help you keep your teeth in good health is rinsing your mouth out with cider vinegar. It sounds a bit odd but it’s great for cleaning bacteria from your teeth as well as whitening them. Just rinse your mouth out with cider vinegar in the morning and then brush your teeth as usual.
