Mini Boohoo Shopping HaulJune 4, 2016
Online shopping is something I can’t resist. I tend to scroll through millions of pages, lost in the world of clothes and then the reality hits that I can’t afford that £100 jacket I’m drooling over, it’s sad, I know. Surprisingly, I’d never shopped at Boohoo before, probably because it’s an online store only and I like to try things on first, but I treated myself to 3 unique items. To be honest, there are a lot of pieces on the site that I would never wear, but once in a while, you find a real gem. It certainly makes a change from the usually Topshop and River Island items.
Everyone needs a blazer in their wardrobe; it’s an item that you can dress up or down, and they always come in handy for special occasions. Boohoo offers a range of blazers which makes it so hard to choose, but I chose this one in particular for it’s 3/4 rolled up sleeves and relaxed shoulders. I’ll team this up with either a cami or a shirt and skinny jeans or a skirt; there are endless possibilities. This blazer is quite fitted but has a stretchy material, a real bargain for £15.
The perfect evening top for this summer. When I saw this item on the Boohoo site, I instantly fell in love, the floral pattern is beautiful, and the colours match so well together. This top is most definitely a strapless / no bra top, so won’t suit everyone. With a low elasticated back and a high cut neck, this top is elegant yet smart casual. I’ll team with some smart jeans, shorts or a skirt and it would be perfect for a wedding. For the incredible price of £8 (WOW!), you can’t go wrong.
Shopping trip or dinner date, this shirt has got you covered. I wasn’t looking for a shirt or even expecting to buy one soon, but when I came across this gem, I couldn’t leave it and then later face regret (We’ve all been there). This looks like a standard shirt when you first pick it up, but it looks so much better on, it’s oversized yet flattering which is hard to achieve, I feel like it’s one of those items you can throw on and still look good regardless. For just under £20 it’s also available in Camel and Navy, you can now walk around in effortless style.
So there’s your mini haul, if you’ve never tried Boohoo then definitely go and have a browse, it can take some searching, but I promise you that you’ll find something you love. If you have any clothes shops in mind that you think I should try out then let me know in the comments below.
