Elegance With Estēe Lauder Beauty | #BlogmasNovember 25, 2016
It’s officially a month until Christmas which means the countdown has begun! I’ve been spending my days drooling over perfect palettes and beautiful matte lipsticks in every shade imaginable (instead of doing coursework), I love Christmas sets with a passion and there’s nothing better than starting January with a brand new makeup bag filled with your favourite products.
Estēe Lauder is one of the most famous designer beauty brands out there purely for its amazing products, and if you haven’t heard about it by now, then you’ve obviously been living in a cave. The counters are packed at Christmas time with women spraying perfumes, getting pampered for their Chrismas party or finding the best foundation match. (Okay, so I found my foundation match today and I’m very excited, of course, I have to be the lightest shade, Shell – a true ghost due to the sunlight we never get).I have received some Estēe Lauder goodies that are to die for, and you’ll be as excited as me!
Eyeshadow palettes always look flawless, and this Estēe Lauder Deluxe EyeShadow Compact is the only palette you’ll need in your makeup bag. With 18 gorgeous pigmented shades to choose from, including nudes, whites and pinks which come in matte, satin and shimmer, your eye makeup will never fail this Christmas. Not only that but the shadows are encased with a golden shell and inside has a big bright mirror, so you’ll be the star of the show.
If you’re a rosy cheek kinda girl, then you need to get your hands on the Estēe Lauder Deluxe All-over Face Compact which comes in the shades Peach Passion, Lover’s Blush, Bronze Goddess (Medium) and Pink Kiss. Peach Passion will be your new cherished possession if you love a sun-kissed look, it brings your face to life and gives you a contouring glow and of course Bronze Goddess will be a lifesaver this winter when you’re as pale as me! Who doesn’t love a blush that stays on all day?
Next, we move onto lips. I’ve used Estēe Lauder lipstick in the past because it’s so easy to apply and feels really comfortable on. I have the Pure Colour Long Lasting Lipstick shade Sugar Honey which is a shimmer, and it’s a pinky brown, almost cappuccino. It glides onto lips and looks great instantly; it’s astounding on cracked lips due to the magical moisturiser so say goodbye to a sore, chapped pout. The glosses you can see pictured are shades Praline Paradise and Garnet Desire, they have a thick application and give full coverage to the lips and are surprisingly not too sticky so you don’t have to think about your hair getting in your mouth and sticking. WORST THING EVER! These glosses act as a lip stain too so even if they start to fade a little, you have your backup so no need to reapply every hour!
Do you need Estēe Lauder this Christmas? Yes! I was so delighted taking these pictures because the packaging is just so gorgeous, too much makeup fangirl to handle!
