Affordable Summer Outfit Wishlist Of 2016

July 4, 2016
At the moment, I’m in Leeds, which can only mean one thing. Shopping. The shops are right at my doorstep, and I’m constantly swayed towards the city centre which my bank balance doesn’t thank me for. This year, in particular, the fashion is beautiful, from Bardot’s to lace to stripes, the rails are plastered in gorgeous fabrics of all kinds which have inspired me to make an outfit wishlist blog post.

If you’re struggling on what to buy at affordable prices, then worry no more, I have you covered for every summer occasion! (If it ever stops raining, that is…)

Zara is known for its high-quality clothes at affordable prices and when I found this Bardot dress I was in love instantly. Summer is about being comfy, and this doesn’t mean you can’t look stylish. The off-shoulder look is so delicate yet simple so that you can throw on a statement necklace and in this case, it’s floral jewels will look perfect in the summer air. These black pumps will keep you fresh and of course, a tiny clutch bag is an essential to us girls.
If you have a budget then do not worry, I have found some real gems in H&M this season. H&M is one of those shops where you can buy bags full and not pay ridiculous prices which is ideal when summer only lasts two weeks here in the UK. This floral skirt screams sunshine and is quite a bold piece so I’ve aimed to team it up with pastel neutral colours. Turtlenecks have been a necessity for a while now and looks adorable with this skirt. I’ve wanted some pointed laced flats for so long as they’re so flattering, and I’ve always wanted to feel like a ballerina! As for the bag, it’s subtle yet classy, so you can fill it up with all the makeup you need! (We all do it).

City chick, I’ve got you. Keep stylish yet sophisticated this season with Mango. Nothing looks better than straight legged trousers and killer heels, and these lace-up boots are to die for. Long day and need coffee? It’s okay; these cat-eyed sunnies will hide the bags while you can still soak up the sunshine. As for the top, keep it effortless and fresh with this strappy spaghetti vest and if it’s a little more cold, team with a blazer.

Beach babes, Topshop is all you need. The number of adorable bikinis and swimming costumes is endless; the choice is overwhelming. This bikini, in particular, caught my eye as it shouts the seaside and multicoloured rock. Look like a sweet treat yourself and make sure you cover up by the pool in this Kaftan with a deep cut v-line and pom-pom finish, you can do anything and still look good. Check out these lipstick earrings; they’re amazing! Add a little accessory and you’re ready to go. Oh, and don’t forget your cute frayed sun hat, you’ll feel like a little kid again!
What look will you be going for this season?
Enjoy the sunshine,
Hope x
